Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of Call Center experience.
• One year of billing and coding experience.
• Six months of remote work experience.
• Internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed and wired connection.
• Ability to interpret insurance billing processes (Primary, Secondary, co-insurance, deductibles, and co-pays).
• Technical proficiency including navigation, Microsoft Suite, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to guide patients through online payment methods.
• Strong communication skills with patients, colleagues, providers, and management.
• Ability to remain calm and de-escalate callers as needed.
