Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of CHRISTUS Health Competencies (Leader of Self/Others/Leaders).
• Performs Revenue Cycle tasks to meet key performance metrics.
• Ensures patient accounts are resolved and reconciled promptly.
• Communicates effectively with internal/external customers to resolve questions.
• Maintains patient/payor information to facilitate account resolution.
• Responds to inquiries via written, verbal, or electronic channels.
• Documents activities in host systems according to policy.
• Provides updates to leadership on issues impacting productivity and reimbursement.
