Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the debit and credit of client accounts.
• Postings and reviews of billing transactions related to accounts receivable system.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints on institutional billing transactions.
• Perform order entry, registration, and other clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff in proper registration and printing of patient reports.
• Assist with clerical tasks including insurance verification, recording statistics, registering patients and updating patient accounts.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments, answer phones, and inform patients of benefits.
• Perform other duties as needed.
