Job summary

• High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient accounts processes and ensure prompt payment.
• Assist in providing training and orientation for assigned employees.
• Advise patients and guarantors of payer benefits and collect payments.
• Review documents for information accuracy and resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate payroll deduction actions for hospital employees.
• Send itemized statements upon attorney request or subpoena.
• Handle receivables and work with external agencies for reimbursement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
