• Explain billing processes, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients clearly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and answering questions about insurance benefits and claim status.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information, updating as required.
• Document communications accurately in systems and databases.
