Responsibilities

• Review claim denials and collaborate with internal teams to adjudicate claims.
• Follow-up with third-party payers via websites, mail, email, fax and phone.
• Compare payments on open AR accounts to payer contracts for correct payments.
• Evaluate open credits to ensure proper adjustments or issue refunds as needed.
• Furnish documentation requests from payers (medical records, claims, itemized bills, proofs).
• Operate across multiple systems (claim scrubber, billing system, payer portals).
