Responsabilités

• Run provider schedules three days in advance for review.
• Verify insurance eligibility for new patients.
• Call patients with balances over $100 and document conversations.
• Set up budget payment plans.
• Collect patient balances, co-pays and other patient responsibilities at time of service.
• Document patient accounts and ensure proper notes are followed.
• Identify and process deceased and discharged patient accounts.
