Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely billing and account reviews before submission.
• Prepare adjustment bills, rebills, and reprints of claims; handle failed claims per carrier requirements.
• Coordinate with precertification staff and nursing for required precertification.
• Maintain productivity reports and ensure CMS/compliance documentation.
