Job Summary
This role supports managers and staff, oversees daily dispensary operations, manages patient/customer needs, and develops a team passionate about cannabis and compliant with regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all functions related to leadership of a licensed medical marijuana dispensary in Florida.
  • Provide excellent customer service and coach team members.
  • Respect team members and report findings to management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through routine inspections.
  • Manage patient advocate staff activities.
  • Update procedures to ensure best practices for staff and patients.
  • Train staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Capture and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage daily financial reporting and cash procedures.
  • Develop staff schedules.
  • Report patient incidents or high-risk complaints.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Oversee patient education and counseling programs.
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance with regulations.
  • Strive for high patient satisfaction and a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain product traceability from reception to sale.
  • Manage inventory shipments and data entry in NAV.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Pass a Level 2 FBI Background Check.

Education
High school diploma or GED required.

Experience
1-3 years preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Customer obsession and relationship building.
  • Results-oriented with a learning mindset.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to dispensary operations.

Reports To
Patient Advocates.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Assist patients with disabilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Operate POS and office equipment.
  • Remain stationary during transactions.
  • Inspect IDs and monitor entry via cameras.
  • Transport products up to 30 lbs.
