Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, positive experience.
• Schedule appointments, manage check-ins, and answer phone inquiries.
• Assist patients with insurance questions, verifications, and clinic information.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with EMR.
• Communicate with therapists, staff, and patients to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises under therapist direction.
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for appointments.
• Assist therapists with treatment activities and equipment as directed.
• Monitor patient safety during exercises and report concerns.
• Help patients navigate the clinic and use equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist with documentation, inventory, and clinic tasks.
