Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Patient Advocate in Bloomington, IN to assess patient data for Medicaid/insurance eligibility and support families through the enrollment process.

The role requires Epic EHR experience, 1–3 years of related work, and the ability to travel locally while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting date aligned to the posting.

Responsibilities
