Job Summary

The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between patients, families, and Reading Hospital to fulfill patients' rights to file complaints and to provide meaningful responses and resolutions to quality of care concerns. They may suggest actions or advise on opportunities for improving the Patient Experience.
