Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Prior experience in patient advocacy or healthcare customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and patient rights regulations preferred.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records.

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time (25 Hours) Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, ensuring that patient rights are protected and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
