• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• Three years using medical terminology in a job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• One year of Epic applications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming voice at the start of the patient care journey.
• Coordinate patient admissions and registration with accuracy.
• Collaborate with insurance verification and medical terminology usage.
• Assist with scheduling and front-line problem solving to ensure smooth intake.
