Job summary

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR, is seeking a Part-Time Patient Admissions Coordinator for day shifts (Sun 8AM-8PM, Wed 7:15AM-8PM, Thu 7:15AM-1PM). Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in Patient Access of Business office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems
• Three (3) years utilization of medical terminology in job setting
• Knowledge in medical billing codes
• One (1) year knowledge of Epic applications

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice at the start of the care journey and help patients navigate admission processes.
• Secure appropriate patient account reimbursement by obtaining complex demographic, insurance and medical information and ensuring this is documented timely and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy and Timeliness in patient records and coordination with clinical teams.
