• Maintains professional communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Documents scheduling details and resources required for procedures.
• Notifies departments of special resources and changes to schedules.
• Gathers demographic, medical, and financial information for registration.
• Utilizes DeRoyal, HBOC, Account Link, and Medifax systems for data entry.
• Ensures registration accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
