Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer literacy required.
• One year in an office setting and one year in customer service.
• Experience with Medicaid or commercial insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, admission and scheduling for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Collect, update and input patient demographics, history and insurance information.
• Ensure timely appointments and coordinate with clinics regarding registration status.
