Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Pre-register patients for admissions and verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain patient demographic data in the EMR.
• Process payments and forward to cashier.
• Distribute information and educate patients on policies.
• Assist with transfers, discharges and related documentation.
