Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR is seeking a Patient Admissions Coordinator for per diem/variable shifts. You will greet patients and set a compassionate, organized tone at the start of their care journey, guiding them through admissions with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration.
• CHAA certification upon hire.
• At least 3 years of patient access or business office experience.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• Knowledge of Epic applications (1 year).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degreein Healthcare or Business Administration
• National Certification of CHAA upon hire
• 3 yearsexperience in Patient Access of Business office setting.

  • Knowledge in medical billing codes
