Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) – Western Region Consolidated Business Office (WCBO) is seeking a Patient Account Specialist to join our Call Center team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide healthcare information, resolve issues, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ year of call center or healthcare customer service experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Job Description: Patient Account Specialist-Call Center Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

The Patient Account Specialist handles incoming/outgoing customer calls and reroutes calls to appropriate departments. Provides product/services healthcare information, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:

1+ years call center/healthcare customer service experience.

Education:

High School or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, and database entry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain patient under pressure.
