CCRM Fertility, a global leader in fertility treatment and research, seeks a Patient Accounts Receivable Representative in Livingston, NJ. The role focuses on timely collections, accurate billing inquiries, and maintaining strong patient and vendor relationships within a dynamic finance team.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year in insurance reconciliation, with preferred experience in reproductive medicine or IVF-related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in insurance reconciliation and working with insurance providers.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health preferred.
• Prior experience with calling insurances and EIVF preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle billing inquiries, track outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and vendors through accurate payment interactions.
• Coordinate billing for procedures covered by insurance and post insurance payments received.
• Support inter-company patients with questions regarding insurance matters and current account status.
• Document patient interactions and account tasks to enable follow-up by staff.

How You Will Make an Impact: The Patient Accounts Receivable Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of CCRM Fertility by tracking and collecting payments. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health of CCRM Fertility by minimizing outstanding receivables and maximizing revenue efficiency. The Accounts Receivable Representative efforts contribute to the stability and growth of CCRM Fertility while fostering positive relationships with vendors and patients through professional and efficient payment interactions.

What You Will Do: The Patient Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for managing the organization's patient accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from insurance providers. They handle billing inquiries, track outstanding balances, and work with clients to resolve payment discrepancies, and foster positive relationships with customers. This position reports to the RCM Supervisor.

• Support inter-company patients with questions regarding insurance matters, current account status, and billing questions.
• Make a record of all patient interactions and/or account task updates to ensure all staff can follow up appropriately.
• Ensure patients statement balances are current, process/post insurance payments received.
• Coordinate billing for procedures covered by insurance (per business office policy).
• Complete appeals and send necessary documentation to facilitate payment when insurance providers provide wrong reimbursement, low reimbursement, and/or incorrect insurance denials.
• Other specific duties as assigned.

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge.
