SCA Health is seeking a Collections Representative in Boise, ID to actively follow up on patient accounts and ensure accurate financial records. You will generate daily statements, answer calls and correspondence, and provide timely, professional responses in line with center policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and strong computer and data entry capabilities while supporting SCA Values and Mission. Compensation is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of medical collections experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT.
• Strong computer and data entry skills; good contract comprehension.
• Able to work in a team and independently, multi-task efficiently, maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication with patients, families and teammates to ensure success.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough and timely patient account follow-up to support accurate accounts receivable reporting.
• Generate daily patient statements and handle patient calls and correspondence with timely, accurate responses and resolutions.
• Adhere to Center policies and procedures, supporting SCA Values, Vision and Mission.
