Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Obtain and enter billing information, including pre-certifications, codes, and insurance details.
• Identify and resolve denied claims, escalating when necessary.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain billing reports.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, registration, or related healthcare environment.
• Epic system experience preferred.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
