Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Patient Account Representative to review and process insurance claims for reimbursement and follow-up on related correspondence. You will handle or redirect incoming department calls and collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements include a High School diploma, strong customer service, typing ability, and basic computer skills. Experience with Meditech/Cerner is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
