Job summary

Radiology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Patient Account Representative to manage account follow-up and billing resolutions nationwide. You will review EOBs, communicate with payers, resolve claim issues, and document activities in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

The role offers flexible remote schedules, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment. Nashville, TN is preferred but not required, with opportunities for professional growth and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of physician billing and collections experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly range for this position is $19-$22. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
