Job summary

Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking a Patient Access Training Specialist in Warrenville to design and deliver training programs for the call center. You will develop curricula for new hires, technical skill refreshers, customer service techniques, and compliance requirements.

You will lead both in-person and virtual sessions, tailor content to team needs, and apply adult learning principles to ensure practical application. Strong communication and knowledge of QA in contact centers are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or 2 years relevant experience.
  • 2 years QA or training experience in contact center.
  • Experience in contact center training and QA and analysis programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of contact center operations and QA role.
  • Proficient in presentation and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive training materials: presentations, manuals, e-learning, simulations.
  • Customize training content for team needs and product updates.
  • Incorporate adult learning principles for engaging experiences.

Develop curriculum for new hire orientation, technical skill enhancement, customer service techniques, and compliance requirements.* ## Customize Training Programs- Adjust and personalize training content based on specific team needs, product updates, or identified knowledge gaps. Continuously improve and update training programs to reflect changes in company policies, procedures, and industry trends.* ## Incorporate Adult Learning Principles-Use instructional design best practices and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Develop interactive and scenario-based training modules that encourage active participation and real-world application of skills.* ## Conduct In-Person and Virtual Training Sessions ## Lead classroom and remote training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring all learning objectives are met.Use a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, hands-on activities, and demonstrations to enhance the learning experience.* ## Facilitate Onboarding for New Hires Guide new customer service representatives through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained on company systems, protocols, and customer service best practices.
