• Ability to manage downtime procedures and re-initiation of Hospital Information System.
• Ability to check patient insurance eligibility via websites.
• Complete patient financial screening to facilitate patient needs and reimbursement.
• Process patient payments and explain financial reasonability, including good faith estimates and payment plans.
