Guidehouse in Bessemer, AL is seeking an Admitting Representative to lead and support a patient access team across two client locations. You will oversee daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

You will coach staff, monitor activities, resolve bottlenecks, and partner with supervisors to support goals and continuous improvement. A strong healthcare background and excellent communication are essential.
