Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Patient Access Services Rep II for the Tampa, FL area. This part-time role supports front desk operations, registration, scheduling, and financial counseling across the outpatient imaging center.

The position requires rotating shifts and a willingness to handle multiple modalities, including insurance and document imaging. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a related field, with a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1 year Related field.

Responsibilities

• May be proficient in Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging.
• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically.

Title: Patient Access Services Rep II

Facility: BayCare Outpatient Imaging Center - Hampton Lakes/Westchase

The Patient Access Service (PAS) Representative II:

• May be responsible for any of the following and must be proficient in at least two of these modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging

• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically

• Performs other duties as assigned
