BayCare Health System is seeking a Patient Access Services Coordinator at BayCare Outpatient Imaging - Plant City. The role covers Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, and related PAS duties in a busy outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include resolving PAS issues, payroll processing, and maintaining staffing schedules. The position may require shift rotation and on-call duties, with full-time hours in Plant City, FL.

Formación

• 3 years related field experience.
• HS graduate or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Location: Plant City, FL; Full Time position.

• Proficient in all Patient Access Service modalities within the department.
• Resolves PAS and customer service issues.

• Maintains department staffing schedules.
• Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the PAS Representatives.
• May rotate shifts and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educación

HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

Associate's Degree preferred

Title: Patient Access Services Coordinator

Facility: BayCare Outpatient Imaging - Plant City

The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator is responsible for:

• Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging

• Proficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the department

• Resolves PAS and customer service issues

• Processes payroll

• Maintains department staffing schedules

• Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service Representatives

• May be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
