Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for patient/general information and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
• Provide hospital contact numbers, activate alerts, and paging per procedures.
• Assist with Ask My Nurse line, document encounters, and triage to nurses when needed.
• Schedule patients for virtual visits based on symptoms and guide users through My Health and e-visit scheduling.
• Support the Patient Appointment Center with after-hours scheduling.
