Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory healthcare experience, 2+ years in patient registration, and strong knowledge of EPIC/Cerner, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Number of Positions in Requisition 1 Job Details Week 1: Tues & Sat 7A-3:30P & Thurs 7:30A-11:30P Week 2: Sun & Thurs 7A-3:30P & Tues 7:30A-11:30P Oversees the daily registration functions within Patient Access's scope of work. Ensures the operational unit is staff appropriately. Promotes a positive patient experience for patients and families. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills when interacting with staff, patients, families, and leadership. Supervises efficient and compliant registration processes ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements including adherence to departmental and institutional protocols. Prioritizes responsibilities to complete daily work requirements, resolves departmental and patient problems as needed and monitors key performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.

Salary Range $28.96 to $41.27 Hourly The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive. Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
