Job summary

Responsibilities include providing relief coverage, training new employees, and coordinating with ER and other departments to ensure accurate patient data and timely admissions across the health system.

Qualifications

• Supervises inpatient/outpatient admission and registration practices.
• Provides relief coverage across all shifts when requested.
• Analyzes staff performance and provides counseling to improve productivity.
• Cross-trains staff to cover absenteeism and ensure coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises admission/registration workflow across the health system.
• Coordinates with ER and other departments for patient intake.
• Ensures accurate demographic/insurance data and correct medical records.
• Monitors wait times and ensures timely admissions and registrations.
• Communicates staff needs and issues to the Manager.
