Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support and guide staff in a dynamic healthcare access environment. This role involves:

• Providing ongoing mentoring, training, and daily support to both new and existing team members, and assisting with resolution of escalated concerns.
• Contributing to strategic planning for key areas of the registration process, including inpatient and outpatient services, emergency care, and clinic operations.
• Promoting a high level of customer service by supporting staff in addressing and resolving service-related issues.
• Upholding and reinforcing departmental policies and procedures, and assisting with the creation and implementation of new practices in line with organizational guidelines.
• Monitoring daily workflows and producing performance reports, with responsibility for specialized projects and data analysis as needed.
• Assisting with front-line duties within patient access operations as required.
• Collaborating with leadership to ensure that team objectives and service goals are consistently met.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare, insurance, or similar setting
• At least 5 years of patient access experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.03 - $23.79/hr.
