USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital is seeking a motivated Full Time Patient Access Representative to join our team. This role focuses on complete and accurate patient registration, gathering and entering patient information, verifying benefits, and collecting co-payments at the time of service.

You will work closely with physician offices and hospital departments to schedule, pre-register, and verify insurance, ensuring an efficient and compliant patient intake process.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in patient registration and verification in a medical center or similar setting.
• Ability to type 40 WPM and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and collect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance.
• Pre-register scheduled patients a minimum of three business days in advance.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain signatures on required forms.
• Maintain patient demographic and insurance information; ensure data accuracy.
