Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• HFMA CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform admitting duties for patients and assign MRNs.
• Verify insurance, collect demographics and process physician orders.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility and assist POS/billing processes to support clean claims.
