Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process referrals and pre-certifications for procedures.
• Enter CPT/ICD9 coding and update patient ledger.
• Handle co-payments and deposits; provide receipts.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety and quality standards.
