Helio Health in Syracuse is seeking a full-time Patient Access Specialist to assist patients entering their programs by collecting necessary data for service payments. The role includes processing medical records, verifying benefit eligibility, and ensuring effective patient flow.

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Patient Access Specialist (PAS) meets with patients entering our programs to collect necessary data including insurance and other information to ensure payment for services. The PAS also processes medical records and enters clinical data into our HIT system necessary for our team of healthcare providers.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, full‑time colleagues in this position are eligible for a Sign‑On incentive up to $1,500.
