Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for Emergency, Scheduled Outpatient and Inpatient procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Inform patients of hospital and regulatory policies.
• Serve as liaison for patient services and access.
• Comply with state, federal, and commercial payer requirements.
