Qualifications

• Minimum education: 16 years old and prior customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate in English for written and verbal correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in person or by phone, verify information, and schedule appointments.
• Complete pre-visit planning for smooth patient experiences.
• Assign guarantor and collect financial obligations as needed.
• Provide courteous customer service to all patients and staff.
• Ensure disclosures, privacy information, and Consent to Treat documentation are provided.
• Verify insurance eligibility and correct billing information in real time.
• Coordinate release of medical information as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
