Responsibilities

• The Patient Access Representatives are primarily responsible for completing an efficient and organized check in for the patients; ensuring throughput and customer service are top priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role, as the Patient Access Representative must ensure that accurate information is collected.
• Must ensure confidentiality of this information and that patients are aware of their rights as determined by HIPAA regulations and company policy.
