Responsibilities

• Complete efficient and organized check in/out for patients.
• Ensure throughput and customer service are top priorities.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance during registration as appropriate.
• Collect accurate information from patients while ensuring confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and company policy.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls courteously.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Scan or file all documents into the Medical Record as needed.
