Responsibilities

• Performs outpatient & inpatient registration & insurance verification.
• Collects patient financial liability payments & ensures patients meet financial requirements.
• Provides general information to hospital users, patients, families & physician offices.
• Distributes analytical reports and supports data-driven decisions.
