Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to cover night shifts in Colorado Springs. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth admissions and registrations.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of medical insurance verification, 2-3 years of medical customer service, HS diploma, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR/EPM systems. BLS certification is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience required.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within 60 days from start date is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone with scheduling, registration, and inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately.
• Provide strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Collect necessary paperwork and coordinate with departments for patient care.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues.
