Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Patient Services Specialist – Journey Level to perform core front-office duties with more independence. You’ll register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle clerical tasks as part of a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience (or) 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate position.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Handle front-office clerical duties with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with care team to support patient flow and experience
