Job summary

You will assist with assessments, vital signs, and procedures under supervision while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, handling insurance interactions, and maintaining readiness of exam rooms and supplies in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Qualifications

• Performs patient registration, scheduling and basic clinical tasks.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and healthcare team.
• Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and reschedules appointments and tests.
• Collects vital signs and performs basic procedures under supervision.
• Documents patient care and initializes routing and referrals.
• Delivers patient information and secures releases per policy.
• Prepares patients for procedures and follows pre-procedure instructions.
• Maintains examination rooms and retrieves records as needed.
