Qualifications

• ABR-OE credential within 120 days of experience.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule appointments and diagnostic tests.
• Collect and record vital signs.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care provided.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies; reorder and restock.
• Process payments and co-pays during registration.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients.
• Arrange hospital admissions as appropriate.
• Greet patients and provide information on arrival.
• Prepare patients for procedures and obtain necessary releases.
• Enter data accurately into computer systems and verify accuracy.
