Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience required.
• Previous experience working with medical insurance highly preferred.
• Must have keyboarding and computer skills, able to file accurately, and possess professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients.
• Schedule appointments and referrals; assist with check‑in and filing.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
