Qualifications

• Proficient MS Office Suite in daily tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused with excellent service delivery and satisfaction orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient access operations, including registration and insurance verification.
• Schedules patient appointments and manages provider schedules for clinic flow.
• Verifies insurance eligibility, processes referrals and authorizations.
• Collects patient payments and supports account management, including payment plans.
• Updates patient data in EMR and billing systems with accuracy.
• Monitors patient flow and queues to optimize timely care.
• Responds to patient inquiries and maintains HIPAA-compliant service.
• Communicates with faculty, students, residents, and staff for scheduling needs.
• Assists with insurance billing processes and documentation for third-party and self-pay.
• Performs other duties to support clinic operations.
