Baptist Health is hiring for an Emergency Department and BOS Digital Registration support role in Boca Raton. You will manage registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput while meeting collection goals.

Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted. Strong customer service, math skills, and multitasking needed. Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole preferred; MS Office and EMR experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Complete and pass the Patient Access training course.
• Experience in payment collection in health care orRevenue Cycle.
• Ability to demonstrate required skills or role-play if needed.
• Strong math, detail orientation and customer service.
• Multitasking ability and agile mindset.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare guidelines desirable.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts, authorizations, and pre-certifications; MS Office and EMR knowledge.
• Bilingual English; Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and perform financial screening and verification.
• Support revenue cycle tasks and patient throughput in ED/BOS settings.
• Meet individual collection goals and maintain clinical team relationships.
• Work as essential staff on weekends, holidays, and disasters as needed.
• Explain documents to patients and ensure accurate and compliant processes.
